Refunds
- Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
- Refunds to the original payment method are only provided if a manufacturing defect is confirmed by The Good Liver upon evaluation.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all seals and packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items not accepted as a return and not retrieved by the customer will be discarded after 2 weeks.
- Any items damaged during the return process will be the customer’s responsibility.
- To start a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like event sales, discounted items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, trade orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty or wellness products), made-to-order items(testers), and event tickets. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us via email as soon as possible. We will issue Store Credit if the order has not yet been processed or packaged.
If the order has been processed for shipment you may need to wait until the order is received and return it to us for Store Credit. In that case the original shipping cost will not be credited and if Domestic Free Shipping was applied to the order, the applicable shipping cost will be deducted as well.
Exchanges
Please contact us if you would like to exchange your purchase within 14 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for returned items and exchanged items. Any items damaged during the exchange process will be the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Costs & Additional Charges
For both domestic and international orders, shipping fees may be subject to adjustment after checkout. Orders containing multiple items or particularly bulky or heavy products may incur additional shipping costs. If this applies to your order, we will contact you via email with the revised shipping total before processing. You’ll have the option to cancel if you prefer not to proceed with the updated shipping fee.
Damages and Issues
We carefully inspect our items before shipping out. We do not take responsibility for any damages or lost shipments during the shipping process. We highly recommend purchasing our shipping insurance to be fully covered for any unfortunate events.
In case of a damaged or lost shipment that was uninsured, please report to us within 14 days of the delivery date. We can assist submitting a damage or loss report, but cannot guarantee any reimbursements. Detailed photos of your damaged shipment will be required for the claim process. Please keep original boxes including all packaging materials and goods that you have purchased. If deemed appropriate by us, we may opt to mend products with repairable damage or defects instead of authorizing a return.
Insurance Claims
If you added shipping insurance upon check out, you are eligible to file an insurance claim in case of lost or damaged shipments. Damaged items must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. Missing this deadline may result in decline of coverage. Detailed photos of your damaged shipment will be required for the claim process. Please keep original boxes including all packaging materials and goods that you have purchased.
Phone or Email Orders
All orders taken over the phone or email will be sent an invoice with a payment link via email. We will not be able to guarantee the availability of the item(s) until the payment is received. Please check your spam folder before contacting us if an invoice is not received in a timely manner. Once payment has been made please allow up to 3-days for the order to be processed for shipment.
